That is a loaded question!  I would guarantee that stress affects everybody in some way.  But how little or how much is the important question.

Life is busy!  It most definitely is for me.  I run businesses, I teach classes, I have a family I try to spend as much time with as I can.  Sometimes the household is run by me, sometimes not.

It just seems to be the way of the world today.  We take on so many roles in society, we sometimes lose ourselves or the reason for doing what we do.

Sometimes we have to stop, and work out what we want for ourselves, by looking at “why” we do what we do.
