It is the end of July, we are well and truly deep into the middle of winter, and we live in Tasmania.  While I love living here, the winters are so long and cold!

I start to struggle in July.  I am less motivated, less cheerful and find it hard to get out of bed in the morning.  I am thinking about the time I can get into bed at the end of the day so that I can be warm again!

I talk to a lot of people throughout the day, either in the shop or at the gym....

Life is busy!  It most definitely is for me.  I run businesses, I teach classes, I have a family I try to spend as much time with as I can.  Sometimes the household is run by me, sometimes not.

It just seems to be the way of the world today.  We take on so many roles in society, we sometimes lose ourselves or the reason for doing what we do.

Sometimes we have to stop, and work out what we want for ourselves, by looking at “why” we do what we do.
